- If Gemini rewriting is enabled, post text submitted for rewriting may be sent to Google Gemini to generate a rewritten version.
- Facebook content and request data are processed as part of the extension’s interaction with Facebook while the user is actively using the extension.
Storage and Security
- Website account records are stored in our backend database.
- Passwords are stored only as hashed values and are not stored in plain text.
- Extension authentication tokens and local extension settings may be stored in the browser’s extension storage.
- We take reasonable steps to protect data used for authentication and product operation.
Data Retention
We retain account and authentication-related data for as long as needed to operate the service, maintain security, and support legitimate business or legal requirements. Extension-local data remains in the user’s browser profile until removed by the user or by uninstalling the extension.
Your Choices
- You may choose whether to enable Gemini rewriting.
- You may remove extension-local data by clearing extension storage or uninstalling the extension.
- You may stop using the service at any time.
